End user terms

Version: 1 · Last updated: 02/10/2026 · Applies to: residents, tenants and owners who use DMSW to report problems ("you")

These are short. The Platform terms and our Privacy policy also apply.

1. Reporting problems

1.1 Use DMSW to report problems with your home, with a photo and a short description. You'll see who's dealing with it and what's happening.

1.2 Pick the type and priority you think fits. Your builder or property manager confirms the type when they review it.

1.3 This is not an emergency service. If there's a risk to people or property, contact your builder, property manager or the emergency services directly. Don't wait for a reply through DMSW.

2. Access to your home

Add access notes (pets, key safe, best times) so the builder can plan. If a site visit is needed, you'll be asked for suitable times.

3. Signing off

When the work is done, you'll see after-photos and a note from the builder. Sign off if you're happy, or tap "Not satisfied" and say why. If you don't respond within 7 days, the job closes automatically.

4. Paying

You won't be asked to pay through DMSW unless you're also the client, for example a homeowner who approves a quote. If you are, the Client terms apply.

5. Moving out

When you move out, your client (for example, the village or property manager) removes your access. The job history stays with the home.

6. Photos

Only upload photos of the problem. Try not to include people, or personal items you don't want shared. The builder, your client and DMSW can see the photos you upload.
