Designed by people who do the work
DMSW was designed by two construction professionals with over 35 years in the industry. Every step in it comes from running defects, maintenance and small works on real sites.
Kiwi owned and operated
We're a New Zealand company, built for the way New Zealand villages, rentals, builders and trades work. Your support comes from here too.
Made easy
Report it, quote it, do it, sign it off. Everyone can see whose turn it is, so jobs keep moving and nothing gets lost in an inbox.
Why we built it
Defects, maintenance and small works are the jobs that fall through the cracks. They're too small for a full contract and too many to run by email and phone. After decades of chasing them the hard way, we built the tool we wanted: one place where a job is reported, priced, done and signed off, and where everyone involved knows what happens next.
DMSW is used by retirement villages, large rental portfolios, and the builders and trades who look after them.
